How much does it cost to rent a limo in Austin?
Our stretch limo is $160 per hour with a 3-hour minimum, and 4 hours on Saturdays. SUV stretch limos are $235 per hour. Use the quote form for an instant estimate.
How many people fit in a stretch limo?
Our stretch limo seats up to 10 guests. For 11 to 15, book the SUV stretch limo or a party Sprinter; for bigger groups, a party bus seats up to 22.
Do you serve areas outside Austin?
Yes. We pick up across Central Texas, including Round Rock, Georgetown, Cedar Park, Lakeway, Dripping Springs and San Marcos.
How do I reserve?
Get your estimate in the quote form or book online. Trips within 30 days are paid in full to reserve; for dates further out, 50% holds your date.
Can you provide a written quote for approval?
Yes. Every quote lists each leg, the vehicle and the full price, so it is easy to approve and expense.
What vehicles do you use for corporate travel?
Executive sedans for up to 3, Cadillac Escalades for up to 6, and executive Sprinter vans for up to 14. Larger groups get multiple vehicles.
Do you handle multi-day events?
Yes. We plan shuttles and car service across multiple days for conferences, offsites and roadshows.
Do prices surge during SXSW or F1?
Your quoted price is locked when you book. Big event dates book early, so reserve as soon as your schedule is set.
How much is a car from Austin airport to downtown?
An executive sedan starts at $125 and an Escalade at $150. The exact price depends on distance and time; your quote shows it before you book.
Do you track flights?
Yes. Give us your flight number and we adjust the pickup for delays.
Can you pick up a group?
Yes. An executive Sprinter seats up to 14 with luggage, and we coordinate multiple vehicles for larger groups.
Do you go to San Antonio or Houston airports?
Yes. We run trips to SAT, IAH, HOU and GRK. Ask for a quote.
How much is black car service in Austin?
Executive sedans start at $125 per ride and $100 per hour (2-hour minimum). Escalades start at $150 per ride and $125 per hour.
Is there a late-night charge?
Rides between 10pm and 6am add 15%.
Can I book by the hour?
Yes. Hourly service has a 2-hour minimum, and your chauffeur waits between stops.
What is the difference from Uber Black?
Your chauffeur, vehicle and price are confirmed in advance, so there is no surge pricing and no waiting for a driver to accept.
How much is an SUV with a driver in Austin?
Our Escalade starts at $150 per ride and $125 per hour with a 2-hour minimum. Rides between 10pm and 6am add 15%.
