Welcome to ATX Royal Limo. By using our services or accessing our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please review them carefully. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use our services or website.

1. Definitions

  • “Company,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to ATX Royal Limo.
  • “Client,” “you,” and “your” refer to the individual or entity using our services or accessing our website.
  • “Services” refer to the transportation services provided by ATX Royal Limo.

2. Booking and Reservations

2.1. Booking Confirmation:

  • All reservations are subject to availability and are confirmed only after you receive a booking confirmation from us.

2.2. Payment:

  • Full payment or a deposit may be required at the time of booking. We accept various forms of payment, including credit cards and other methods as specified on our website.
  • Waiting time after 15 min without a 4 hour notice in advance will be a 25$ fee every 15 min.
  • For trips exceeding 50 miles, an additional fee of $50 will be charged to cover the cost of gas. This fee is applied per trip and will be included in your total fare at the time of booking.

2.3. Cancellation Policy:

  • Cancellations must be made within the specified time frame indicated in your booking confirmation. Failure to cancel within this period may result in a cancellation fee. Please refer to your booking confirmation for specific cancellation terms.

2.4. Changes to Reservations:

  • Any changes to reservations must be communicated to us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate changes, but we cannot guarantee that all requests will be fulfilled.

3. Use of Services

3.1. Conduct:

  • Clients and passengers are expected to behave in a respectful and lawful manner. Any illegal activities, abusive behavior, or damage to the vehicle will result in immediate termination of the service without refund and may result in legal action.

3.2. Smoking and Alcohol:

  • Smoking is strictly prohibited in all vehicles. Alcohol consumption is allowed only if it complies with local laws and regulations and is pre-approved by us.

3.3. Personal Belongings:

  • Clients are responsible for their personal belongings. ATX Royal Limo is not liable for any loss or damage to personal items left in the vehicle.

4. Limitation of Liability

4.1. Service Interruptions:

  • While we strive to provide reliable and punctual service, we are not liable for any delays or interruptions caused by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to traffic, weather conditions, and mechanical issues.

4.2. Indirect Damages:

  • ATX Royal Limo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or related to the use of our services.

4.3. Maximum Liability:

  • Our maximum liability for any claim arising out of or in connection with our services shall be limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.
